SnapSafe Super Titan XXL Review

When researching a gun safe to purchase I was intrigued with the idea of a 'modular' safe.  This is a container that is assembled in such a way that it cannot be taken apart easily without being opened, it's modular and built up with various pieces.  The advantages of this design is that it is MUCH easier to put into place without the use of specialized equipment or involving numerous helpers.

I came upon a few potential options for this style safe:

Zanotti Armor
Long backlog, thinner steel than I liked.  Width not wide enough to be secure in closet, but had taller height option.

Dakota Interloc-XP
Too small, lighter weight, didn't get 'warm fuzzies' on the construction/quality.

SnapSafe

SnapSafe intrigued me, as they used thicker steel (7 gauge) on all portions of the container.  So after much pondering (I was heavily leaning towards a Sturdy Safe, an excellent option if you're not looking for modular by the way...) and finally placed my order for a SnapSafe Super Titan XXL, their largest size at the time of this post.  This size is about 46" wide, 30" deep and 59" tall.  A perfect fit for a closet in the house which is 48" wide and about 34" deep.

Researching online I found very few reviews detailing the safe.  So I created this site in the hopes to share my experiences, from ordering, dealing with customer service, to shipping, delivery and installation.  I will attempt to document as much as possible here.
